BRAZIN

i think the best thing made out of grapes is vine... there is a wine out there for every taste.. sweet, sour, fruity ,red ,white, pink and much more.. i personally prefer red wine.. not too sweet not too sour.. so finally i found the best wine for my taste.. BRAZIN old vine zinfandel.. it is bombasticly delicious..

Food friendly, white meat, game, pizza, spicy dishes, Chinese cuisine, and Thai cuisine. Zinfandel goes well with "typical American" food - burgers, etc. It's hearty enough to match up with thick red sauces.

BULGUR PILAF

well i have a 1 year old daughter.. she does not like baby food.. i can't blame her.. they are boring, nasty and unhealthy.. so i am making my own baby foods.. one of the meal she loves the most is bulgur rice.. i know not many American people are familiar with bulgur..
But it is actually one of the healthiest things that you can include in your diet. Bulgur is really just wheat in its whole form.

The health benefits of bulgur wheat include preventing constipation, preventing cancer and reducing the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup blugur
2 cups hot chicken broth or water
1 onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 small bell or green pepper(chunk)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt,black pepper (optional)
2 tsp mint flakes

DIRECTIONS

saute the onion in a medium sized pot
add the tomatoes and green peppers
cook it for 5 minutes
add the water or chicken broth and salt
when the water starts bubbling add the bulgur and stir
cook on low heat until the water evaporates
add the mint flakes and black pepper

serving suggestion: eat it with yogurt
